Mark Dixon

Mark is one of Europe's best-known entrepreneurs and, since founding the Regus Group in Brussels, Belgium, in 1989, he has achieved a formidable reputation for leadership and innovation. 

Today, he is the CEO and Founder of the International Workplace Group (IWG).

By understanding the way that globalisation, personal mobility, and digital technology have enabled new ways of working, Mark has overseen the growth of IWG into the world's largest workspace provider.

Mark Kramer

Mark Kramer is the co-founder and managing director of FSG and the author of influential publications on shared value, corporate social responsibility (CSR), catalytic philanthropy, strategic evaluation, impact investing and adaptive leadership.

Mark oversees FSG’s consulting practice and helps drive the vision and growth of the firm. He has led consulting engagements across all of FSG’s impact areas, with particular emphasis on philanthropic strategy for private and community foundations, CSR, evaluation and impact investing. He also leads the research on many of FSG’s publications and publishes regularly in Harvard Business Review, Stanford Social Innovation Review, and is the co-author of the book Do More Than Give.

He is a frequent speaker around the world on topics in catalytic philanthropy, collective impact, creating shared value for corporations, new approaches to evaluation and shared measurement, impact investing, social entrepreneurship and adaptive leadership.

Before co-founding FSG, Mr. Kramer served for 12 years as president of Kramer Capital Management, a venture capital firm, and before that as an associate at the law firm of Ropes & Gray in Boston, and as a law clerk to Judge Alvin B. Rubin, Fifth Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals.

After earning his B.A. (summa cum laude) and M.B.A. at Brandeis University and University of Pennsylvania, respectively, he went on to achieve his J.D. (magna cum laude) at the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Matty Kaffeman

Matty Kaffeman, the Vice President for North Asia and Korea at Verint, is a business technology leader with more than 20 years of experience in the global IT industry. He has a solid track record of leading businesses and developing and enhancing IT sales both direct and via channel partners, as well as excellent presentation and customer-facing skills.

His experience spans a diverse range of sectors from Automation, Enterprise Management, Security, Workload Automation and Software Development tools, and he has a deep knowledge of APJ Markets.

Before joining Verint, Matty held Sales management roles in CA Technologies, Rogue Wave Software and BMC Software driving revenue growth and through strategic relationships with Value Added Resellers.

Matty holds B.A. in Computer Science and Economics as well as LL.B. degrees from Tel Aviv University.

Megha Kaul

With experience in journalism, consulting and people development, Megha works with Active Communication, Hong Kong, as a corporate trainer and coach. She partners with teams an individual’s on their journeys to achieve their goals. Her approach is rooted in ontology and draws from findings of neuroscience. Megha believes in leveraging on individual strengths to drive results and build relationships. As a trainer and coach, Megha has worked with professionals across cultures and has coached TEDx speakers.

Michael Ormiston

Michael joined Regus in 2007 initially in the role of Business Development Director, later moving to be VP Operations APAC for 7 years. He was appointed to the role of Country Manager – Hong Kong in August 2014. Michael has lived and worked in 5 countries in Asia and has been residing in Hong Kong since 1998.
