Lawrence Tsi
As the Head of Accounting and Tax (APAC) in TMF Group, Lawrence Tsi manages the client services team across the whole region. He has advised multinational, private equity and local clients on accounting and tax and M&A related issues.
With more than 10 years of experience in accounting and finance in the Asia Pacific and Americas regions, Lawrence has significant international exposure and a proven track record of delivering integrated and high-quality client services to a wide range of clients across the globe.
Lawrence had received a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from University of Sydney in Australia and is a dual member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants Hong Kong.
Lawrence Tsong
Lawrence Tsong is president of TransUnion's Asia Pacific operations. Prior to joining TransUnion in 2007, Mr. Tsong was First Vice President of United Overseas Bank group where he was responsible for establishing and managing the credit card business. From 1988 to 1998, Mr. Tsong was Director of Relationship Management for American Express in East Asia. He holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree from the University of Hong Kong.

Lee Kha Loon is Head of the Standards and Financial Market Integrity Division of CFA Institute for the Asia-Pacific region.
Leslie Richardson
Ms. Leslie Richardson has over 20 years of investment management and equity research experience. She operates a boutique investor relations firm in Hong Kong for Asian companies listed in the U.S. and Hong Kong. She also assists private companies develop their investment material and build market awareness in preparation for a public listing. Additionally, she is the Asian Correspondent for Micro-Cap Review.
Linda Hui
Linda Hui is the managing director for Ruckus, an ARRIS Company, in Hong Kong and Taiwan, with responsibility for developing the company’s business in these markets, targeting the hospitality, retail, education, transport, mobile network operations and service provider sectors.
With over 20 years’ experience in the technology industry, Linda has extensive knowledge of wireless and wired infrastructure, application traffic management and data security, and its applicability to emerging sectors such as Smart Cities, and Smart Governments.
Prior to joining Ruckus in 2014, Linda was the managing director at F5 Networks for Hong Kong and Taiwan, where she grew its application delivery networking business to the largest in the market. Before that, she held senior executive roles at Arthur Andersen (Risk Consulting Practice), Dow Jones Telerate, British Telecom, and AT&T Easylink.
Linda has a Bachelor Degree in Computer and Management Science from the University of Warwick, in England, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom.
Lorraine A. Bolsinger
Lorraine A. Bolsinger is President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Power & Water’s Distributed Power. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania
Macy Chan
Macy assumed the office of Medical Director at Moderna Hong Kong in March 2023.
Passionate in her pursuit of advancing public health, she aims to improve health outcomes for patients across Hong Kong and the wider APAC region.
Macy works with immunization technical advisors, medical societies, healthcare authorities and regulators, and key experts in the field to develop a better understanding of unmet medical needs, fostering collaboration to make a positive impact on healthcare.
She is committed to growing Moderna’s presence in Asia, helping the company become a leader in both prevention and treatment in the region.
Prior to Moderna, Macy worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 12 years as a Registered Public Health Nutritionist (RPHNutr) at primary care trusts and NGOs across the United Kingdom. Macy is a graduate of the University of Toronto and Queen Margaret University of Edinburgh.
Marc Parrott
Marc Parrott is a partner in our Hong Kong office. He specialises in advising all types of Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands investment funds and their managers, with particular emphasis on private equity, venture capital and hedge funds. He regularly advises in respect of fund formation, restructuring, and ongoing operational matters. He also advises investors in relation to their investments into Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands fund structures.
Marc also has considerable experience on the offshore aspects of a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, stock exchange listings, corporate restructurings and reorganisations. Before joining us, Marc practised in the Cayman Islands with Walkers. In addition, Marc has top-tier international transactional experience having practised in Australia with Freehills, in London with Linklaters and in Dubai with King & Spalding LLP.

Marie Kwok is a dispute resolution lawyer at Norton Rose, an international legal practice, based in Hong Kong. She specialises in commercial litigation, professional negligence, regulatory, insurance, employment and insolvency work.
