Justin Nelson

Justin Nelson is the Head of M2M for Vodafone in Asia-Pacific. He joined Vodafone in 2010 and served as M2M Country Manager in Australia for five years until 2014. Before joining Vodafone, Justin worked at 3 Mobile as General Manager for Content and Value-Added Services. He holds a Bachelor of Business degree from RMIT in Melbourne, Australia.

Justin Yiu

Justin Yiu joined jobsDB in 2000 and was promoted to General Manager in 2011. Under his leadership, jobsDB experienced fast growth and became one of the largest recruitment portals in Asia Pacific with network coverage spanning Hong Kong, Indonesia, Singapore, and Thailand. Mr Yiu obtained his bachelor degree in Government and Public Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Kamal Karmakar

Kamal is the founder and promoter of CitiXsys. He has been responsible for the company’s evolution to be a specialist provider of software products in Retail segment. Kamal’s responsibilities include Business Strategy, Global Sales, Product Innovation and Growth.

Under his leadership, CitiXsys grew to become the market leader in Retail Technology domain and known as an innovator in Retail sector. He has also guided the organization to receive several prestigious awards in tech industry.

Beyond his work in CitiXsys, Kamal has considerable experience at counseling executives at high growth companies on strategy formulation, business model transformation, and implementation of balanced scorecard in their enterprise. He has worked with many companies in a counseling capacity with an exceptional track record of helping management teams achieve better strategy & bottom-line improvements.

A graduate of Harvard Business School, Kamal is well recognized in the industry and is on board of various companies globally including being a member of SAP Advisory Council for Business One in Germany.

Karen Lam

Karen Lam is a partner at Simmons & Simmons’ Hong Kong office, specialising in financial markets with expertise in asset-based finance, derivatives, and structured products. She joined Simmons & Simmons in 2025, advising clients across Asia on complex financial transactions and regulatory matters. 

With over 20 years of experience, Lam has pioneered key market innovations such as Stock Connect, Bond Connect, Swap Connect, and the Core Climate carbon trading platform, and led landmark transactions including Hong Kong’s first public consumer loan securitisation and infrastructure loan-backed securities.

Her vast skill set includes business development, marketing strategy, training and development and operational management.
