With an engineering background, she specialises in ESG integration and climate risk for real estate. Jiwon also contributes to ULI Hong Kong's Decarbonisation & Resilience Committee. Her work supports the transition to sustainable, future-ready buildings.

He first joined to take up the post of Director for Best Practice in London, later moving to Australia to help set up the head office of Regus Asia-Pacific.
