Eric Tsang

Eric is a qualified general practice surveyor. He has over 25 years’ experience in various aspects of valuation, property market research, financial analysis as well as preparation of reports of individual properties and specializes in portfolio valuations in Hong Kong and the PRC. He has been involved in various types of projects, including residential, office, rental, industrial, development site and project under construction. His major experience includes site valuations, whole block building valuations, portfolio asset valuations, rent review valuations, valuation for litigation and rating objections.
