Jeanette Mao takes new role as HK Express CEO

She will lead the airline in enhancing its operations and customer experience.

HK Express appointed Jeanette Mao as its new CEO, replacing Mandy Ng, starting 1 April.

As the new CEO, Mao will spearhead HK Express' growth strategy to expand its capacity and network. 

She will lead the team in enhancing operational efficiencies and customer experience through digital innovations and ensuring its operations remain competitive with a sustainable future.

With over 20 years of experience, Mao is familiar with many aspects of the aviation business. She began her career as a Management Trainee in 2002 and later held leadership positions across Services and Operations, Cargo, International Affairs, Customer Experience, and Inflight Products, Sales and Distribution.

She then became Cathay Pacific's General Manager for Inflight Service Delivery and led her team in delivering excellent services on board for all passengers.
