Lenovo eyes PC shipment to balloon to 12.8m units

It's a flattish year.

According to Maybank Kim Eng, for the June-quarter, Lenovo expects its PC shipment to grow near -10% QoQ to 12.8m units, which represents flattish YoY.

Here's more:

If Lenovo does achieve its own target, it will firmly pull away from HPQ as the world’s largest PC vendor. In 1Q13, HPQ and Lenovo were neck-to-neck with the former having a slight edge of 15.7% share over the latter of 15.3%. We have a forecast of 12.4m units for Lenovo in June-quarter.
