TalkingData sets up regional headquarters in Hong Kong

It plans to cooperate with local enterprises to explore cross-sector data applications.

Mainland data intelligence service provider, TalkingData, has established its regional headquarters in Hong Kong, leveraging the city's innovation and technology ecosystem and business environment.

The city's "legal system and intellectual property protection provide a safe environment to operate our business. With its open market and free trade policies, it is more convenient for us to expand overseas," Cui Xiaobo, founder and chief executive officer of TalkingData, said.

Founded in 2011, TalkingData specialises in using data and artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms to provide industries with in-depth solutions for digital upgrading and transformation. The company has serviced more than 2,000 customers.

He added that Hong Kong will also play a key role in facilitating its business expansion and market penetration in the Asia Pacific region and globally.

Moreover, TalkingData plans to partner with local enterprises to explore cross-sector data intelligence applications to enable clients to achieve data-driven transformation.

The company will also tap into AI and big data research teams from local universities to jointly develop advanced data solutions to promote digital innovation in various industries.
