Edvan Chan

Edvan Chan is an energetic and innovative IT executive with extensive experience managing regional sales and professional service teams for leading global software vendors and service providers with full P&L responsibility. 

With over 25 years of experience across a wide breadth of business processes, IT and enterprise solutions, his previous roles at Datapipe, PCCW, and SAS, along with almost five years at Rackspace Technology, have provided him with knowledge in cloud transformation projects in various industries (FSI, retail/wholesale and manufacturing).

Edvan is a strategic leader focusing on team building, new market development, solution sales processes, and service delivery methodology. He has an excellent track record in leading and coaching teams to deliver real business results aligned to the company and customers.

Edvan holds a PD of Engineering and Master of Engineering - Electrical & Electronic from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science, Computer Science, from New York University, amongst other educational accomplishments.

Eric Chin

Eric is the Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) of InCorp Group. He provides consultancy to local and foreign entities on the ideal market-entry strategies for setting up or expanding operations in Southeast Asia.

Before joining InCorp, he was the Senior Vice President and Team Lead of the International Subsidiaries Banking division of HSBC and OCBC.

An ex-corporate banker for more than 11 years, he has extensive experience in working with companies of different sizes: tech startups, scaleups, international SMEs, and multinational corporations in Singapore and the rest of the world.

At present, Eric regularly participates as a guest speaker in business forums sponsored or organised by the Singaporean government or by InCorp’s corporate partners. He also participates as an advisor in mentorship programs for tech startups in Singapore.

Eric Tsang

Eric is a qualified general practice surveyor. He has over 25 years’ experience in various aspects of valuation, property market research, financial analysis as well as preparation of reports of individual properties and specializes in portfolio valuations in Hong Kong and the PRC. He has been involved in various types of projects, including residential, office, rental, industrial, development site and project under construction. His major experience includes site valuations, whole block building valuations, portfolio asset valuations, rent review valuations, valuation for litigation and rating objections.
