Dr Freddy Yip

Dr. Freddy Yip, Associate at Cooley, focuses his practice on licensing, collaboration, joint venture, and complex IP transactions in life sciences, with expertise in cross-border deals, clinical trials, manufacturing agreements, and equity financings. He holds a PhD in molecular cell biology from the University of New South Wales and brings prior R&D experience from biopharma roles in Australia and Hong Kong, specialising in CMC and preclinical development of protein-based drugs like anti-cancer antibodies.
