CKI mulls secondary listing on London Stock Exchange

The potential additional listing could expand the market for the company's shares.

CK Infrastructure Holdings (CKI) is considering an additional listing of the company’s shares on the London Stock Exchange.

The company said in a statement that a potential second and additional listing “could benefit the company’s geographically diverse shareholder base” and “provide a greater market for trading in the company’s shares”.

The company has not made any definitive decision on whether to proceed with such listing and will make further announcement(s) in accordance with applicable laws and regulations as and when appropriate.

CKI advises shareholders and potential investors in the company to exercise caution when dealing with CKI’s shares and securities.
