Arthur Shek

Arthur Shek, Managing Partner of McKinsey’s Hong Kong office, drives holistic and sustainable transformations for companies in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and across Asia.
With a focus on strategy, digital, innovation, and organizational change, Arthur has led numerous efforts for multinational financial institutions, local conglomerates, and public organizations. Passionate about Hong Kong's future, Arthur is a member of the Vision 2047 Foundation and has supported the Financial Services Development Council. He is also a co-founder of the Melo Program, a not-for-profit platform empowering Hong Kong youth, and sits on the Board of Junior Achievement Hong Kong, frequently speaking on youth and business technology topics.
He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Cambridge and is a Past President of the Oxford and Cambridge Society of Hong Kong.
