K11's sales soar in H2 2020

This is despite government statistics showing retail sales decline.

Sales in Hong Kong K11 increased by 56% in H2 2020 compared with the same period in 2019, the K11 Group announced.

The company also announced an increase of 358% in Gold Card members and an increase of 156% in loyalty program sales at K11 MUSEA in the same period. Loyalty programme sales at K11 Art Mall also surged by 30%.

This is in spite of government statistics showing a decline in retail sales by 4% in November, with the sale value of department store commodities amongst most affected.

The KLUB 11 is a loyalty programme offered by K11 Art Malls that can be used in all of its branches. It offers exclusive perks with tier membership base on your spending. Gold Card tier members are those who spend at least $5,000 a day or accumalate $8,000 at K11 Art Malls or K11 MUSEA.

K11 Group said “the pandemic did not slow down K11’s pace of innovation.”
