HKRH’s retail sales under 3D-GOLD Brand surged 113% during the National Day Golden Week Holiday

Sales of 3D-GOLD’s self operated and franchised shops in China soared 115%.

Hong Kong Resources Holdings Company Limited (“HKRH”) has updated total sales (unaudited) of the Group’s retail sales of the gold and jewellery products under the 3D-GOLD brand during the National Day Golden Week holiday from 1 to 7 October 2011.

Leveraging the well-recognised 3D-GOLD brand, total sales of the Group’s retail and franchise operations for gold and jewellery products under 3D-GOLD amounted to approximately HK$178,000,000 during the National Day holiday, up 113% over the same period last year. Sales of self-operated and franchised shops in the Mainland China also grew notably by 115% over the same period last year. Transactions increased 94% and average value per transaction climbed 11% to approximately RMB3,256. 3D-GOLD-branded sales in Hong Kong and Macau markets increased 15% over the same period last year. Transactions increased 14% and average value per transaction rose to HK$3,372, according to an HKRH report.
