The initiative will be rolled out first in China.
IWG has inked a deal with Nestlé which will provide the food and beverage company’s employees with access to IWG’s 3,500 flexible workspace centres.
The initiative will be rolled out first in China, but will eventually be scaled globally.
“Up until now, organisations have been taking a gradual step towards hybrid working, but now companies of all sizes are accelerating their approach towards the hybrid model. Nestlé is a prime example of a progressive company that is empowering its team to work where it is most convenient to them, and their employees in China will have access to our network of 3,500 flexible workspaces. This will help their teams achieve a better work-life balance by minimising their commute times as well as significantly reducing their carbon footprint,” said Fatima Koning, chief sales officer at IWG.
IWG has been pioneering flexible and hybrid working in Hong Kong for 21 years. Recently, the firm has partnered with multinational bank Standard Chartered to provide its entire 95,000 workforce with access to 3,500 workspace locations worldwide.
