Hang Seng Bank pilots personalised wealth management service

Clients with total relationship balance of $8m will be invited.

Hang Seng Bank has launched Signature, a new wealth management service which offers personalised solutions with lifestyle and health services for high-net-worth clients, a statement read.

Customers with total relationship balance of $8m (US$1.03m) or above will be invited to join Signature. They will be served by the bank’s most senior and experienced relationship managers who will work closely with them to develop personalised portfolio-based wealth management strategies. Clients will also enjoy open access to five teams of financial and wealth management experts specialising in investment, foreign exchange, securities, insurance, and financing services.

In conjunction with the launch, Hang Seng has also opened its first Signature Centre at the bank’s headquarters. It houses meeting rooms for private consultations on personal financial planning, spacious lounges, banking kiosks, and a beverage bar.

Customers can also enjoy round-the-clock services through a dedicated manned hotline, and holistic healthcare services courtesy of Drs. Anderson & Partners and Quality HealthCare Medical Services.
