Bank of East Asia temporarily closes Mongkok branch

It will reopen on 16 December.

The Bank of East Asia (BEA) has temporarily closed its Mongkok branch after a staff member has preliminarily tested positive for COVID-19.

The staff member’s previous working day was 2 December, and had been wearing masks when performing duties.

The branch, as well as the SupremeGold Centre and Business Centre in the same building are temporarily closed starting 7 December and will reopen on 16 December. The bank has arranged thorough disinfection for the abovementioned facilities and other relevant floors of the building.
