The HONG KONG BUSINESS INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS AWARDS
Now on its eighth year, the Hong Kong Business International Business Awards is back to honour first-rate international businesses in Hong Kong. The awards program is for outstanding foreign firms who stand out and were able to navigate their way despite challenges whilst reaching their main goal in providing award-winning products and services to their clients.

GUIDELINES AND CRITERIA
GUIDELINES

Nominations will be deliberated by a judging committee based on the judging criteria.

Eligible companies may submit a maximum of three (3) nomination entries.

Only one company per industry category will be hailed as a winner.

Nomination is free of charge. To receive exclusive entitlements, winners must book any of the winner's package options. Email julie@charltonmediamail.com for more information on pricing and inclusion.
ELIGIBILITY

The awards programme is open to foreign companies in all industries in Hong Kong.

Eligible companies may nominate any initiatives that highlight the excellent work of the company such as:
✔ outstanding products, services, or projects with proven track record
✔ excellent solutions provided for a client
✔ innovative practices or strategies that made tangible contributions to the company

The entry must have been launched or were upgraded, in part or in full, in the last 24 calendar months.
Note:
Companies in the following industries are not eligible to join the Awards Programme: cryptocurrency, tobacco, multilevel marketing, and products with claim of health benefits

Dynamism - Is the strategy, project, service or product flexible to changes and progressive opportunities?
PRICING & DISCOUNT
The nomination is free of charge. If your company wins, in order to maximise the benefit of winning and be entitled to promotional coverage and other benefits, winners will have to take up any of the winner's package options.

Please Note:
Due to the current pandemic, we will not be holding a physical event this year. As an alternative, we will conduct a Digital Awards Presentation and Interview via Zoom video conferencing. The trophy will be couriered to the winning companies' addresses. Further details and adjustments will be disclosed upon announcement of winners.

How do I nominate?

Go to the online nomination form and read the nomination guidelines.

Fill in the required details about the company and contact person for the nomination.

Select your category.

Provide your project title, 500-word write-up, client feedback (if any), key achievements, and photos of the project that you are nominating.

Choose your winners package

Wait for the nomination confirmation email and acknowledge it once received.

Can I send two or more entries for our company?
Yes, you can send up to 3 entries. If you are nominating several projects, please enter each entry separately.
Is there a cost to nominate?

Will there be an awards dinner this year?
Due to the current pandemic, the physical awards dinner will not happen this year. As an alternative, we will conduct a Digital Awards Presentation (or Digital Presentation only) and Interview via Zoom video conferencing.
Further details and guidelines will be disclosed to the winners upon announcement of results via email. Watch samples of a digital presentation and interview here.
