What you need to know about intelligent invoicing

You will be surprised.

Ricoh recently developed i-invoicing, or intelligent invoicing.

There are two types of invoicing – account payables and account receivables. Often, invoicing in done on paper. But now it has become electronic. Our solution is different. Some partners, suppliers of a business may not be able to adopt electronic invoicing.

Ricoh developed i-invoicing services to support companies and their partners in stages. They developed the business platform for digital invoicing and also they set up the business process through diverse modes of invoicing – paper, PDF, email etc.

Here's more from Ricoh:

We scan many types of invoices that come in, scan it and transform it into one format, pass to the company, they transact, then they issue invoice – sometimes e-invoice via electronic data interchange, or create PDF, or issue paper invoices for those who want paper. Our platform can adapt to these requirements. This is why we call it intelligent invoicing. The customer can manage most efficiently a mixture of information types.

We support these customers and suppliers to transform from paper to digital with our change management services. It could be a lengthy project.
