Latham & Watkins advises Hong Kong Broadband, Metropolitan Light Int'l on US$450m bond offering

 HK partners Bryant Edwards and Eugene Lee take the lead.

Latham & Watkins advised Hong Kong Broadband Network, Hong Kong’s second largest fixed residential broadband provider, and Metropolitan Light International, a company in which CVC funds hold an indirect majority interest, in connection with the offering of US$450 million 5.25% Guaranteed Senior Notes due 2018.

The Joint Lead Managers for the transaction were J.P.Morgan, Standard Chartered Bank and UBS.

The Latham & Watkins corporate team was led by Hong Kong partners Bryant Edwards and Eugene Lee, supported by associates Helena Kim and Joan Tan. Latham & Watkins was also the Singapore listing agent for this transaction.
