The search is on for China's leading technology innovators

Amidst trade restrictions imposed on technology procurement by one of its former trade partners, business opportunities flourished throughout 2019 in China as the economy grew roughly 6 percent, according to McKinsey.

Government support has seen Chinese manufacturers doubling down on technology in their facilities, and advanced technologies, such as AI, are increasingly being integrated into the health system to improve efficiency and accelerate drug discovery and diagnostic accuracy, reported Fitch Solutions.

Following the remarkable success of the biggest tech awards in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia, Hong Kong Business is pleased to announce the China Technology Excellence Awards.

In its inaugural year, the China Technology Excellence Awards aims to recognise exceptional companies who are riding the disruption wave and are leading the technological revolution and digital journeys of their respective industries to boost China’s fast-growing economy.

Enterprises with trailblazing projects, digital services, reimagined strategies, and technological initiatives can nominate and get the chance to join an exclusive list of award-winning innovators, including Disney Corporation, LexisNexis, Kaspersky Lab and Shell Malaysia.

Nomination is free and entries will be accepted until 27 March 2020. Winners will be invited to attend the awards ceremony in August 2020 in Shanghai.
