Ipsos Hong Kong names JB Aloy as senior VP of new ERM practice in APAC

In a release, Ipsos Hong Kong announces the launch of its new research practice in APAC, Ipsos ERM (Employee Relationship Management), to address all HR related challenges.

This new practice will focus on talent attraction and employer branding, as well as leadership development and staff retention strategies.

JB Aloy, former Deputy MD for Employee Research at Ipsos France, will head the new practice from Hong Kong as Senior Vice President - Employee Research for APAC.

Aloy said: “I am thrilled to be joining the dynamic Ipsos team in HK. Candidate and employee relationship management in the region require a great deal of cross cultural sensitivity: our Employee Research practice will do its very best to bring fresh perspectives to clients on key HR challenges such as talent attraction and retention.”

Aloy spent the last 12 years between Europe and North America, successfully developing ERM programs for Ipsos’s clients in those regions. Darlene Lee, Managing Director for Ipsos HK added: “We have already had very positive feedback from clients about how timely JB's arrival is given the increasingly competitive environment for top talent within the Asia Pacific region."

Ipsos ERM specializes in employer brand and employee engagement research programs, as well as assessing corporate values, testing recruitment campaigns, auditing internal communications and evaluating HR management policies and practices.
