Madam Sixty Ate pops the champagne on S/S 13 cocktail collection

Bringing in the S/S 13 cocktail collection at Madam Sixty Ate is new group beverage manager, Tom Wood, Hong Kong’s very own World Class Bartender of the Year 2012. Fashionable guests can expect no less than a fun and creative menu that is representative of Madam’s elegance, with dazzling cocktails and scrumptious bar bites.

Some of the must-try include Madam’s Affliction (HK$95), the No Woman No Rye (HK$120), and The Breakfast Martini (HK$95) which has a citrusy summer twist with the addition of orange marmalade and lemon, this classic martini features has a Beefeater gin base, mixed with Cointreau.

While the en vogue mingle at the bar, inspired bar bites created with Madam’s unique world view offer tastes to accompany the stylish cocktails. Drinks with Pedro, popped corn, squid & pork rinds, and Wasabi spiced nuts (HK$50) are small bites to share. 

Guests who have more of an appetite can try Joseph’s Cherries, with faux cherries of foie gras and duck, and Octopus carpaccio & own chorizo (HK$85).
