Here's a glimpse of Oyster & Wine Bar's Summer-licious menu

According to a release, Sheraton Hong Kong & Towers - Oyster & Wine Bar’s Chef de Cuisine Oscar Chow has marked a seasonal change with the all-new Summer-licious Feast Menu featuring freshness delights with Triple Treats & Privileges.

Some of the must-have highlights include Chilled Yellow Pepper Gazpacho with Heirloom Tomatoes, Croutons, Lemon Zest,  Marinated Watermelon jelly with Balsamic, Caviaroli, Mosaic of Qwehli Prawns Carpaccio, Lobster Claw and Vegetable Tartar.
