Hong Kong has second best bureaucracy in Asia

Guess who topped the ranking and beat Hong Kong?

The city’s bureaucracy is the second best or most efficient in Asia, according to a report by the Political & Economic Risk Consultancy Ltd (PERC).

Hong Kong was rated 3.53 on a scale of 10, with 10 being the worst.

Singapore, the leader, was rated 2.25. Thailand with a rating of 5.25 took third. India was last on the list of 12 countries.
