Property sales down 11.8% to $66.7b in November

There were a recorded 7,601 sale and purchase agreements last month.

Property sales fell 11.8% YoY to $66.7b in November, according to a government press release.

On a monthly basis, however, property sales rose 7.6%.

The Land Registry recorded 7,601 sale and purchase agreements for all buildings units. Among these, 74% or 5,694 were for residential units.

The total consideration for the sale of residential properties was $53.8b which posts a 12.7% YoY decline.
