Government property tenancies unveiled

Bidders can inspect the sites until 7 October.

According to a report, the Government Property Agency is inviting tenders for separate three-year tenancies of a Sai Kung property at 65 Man Nin Street, and a Passenger Terminal Building canteen in the Shenzhen Bay Port Hong Kong Port Area.

The Sai Kung property is to be used for a shop, services, restaurant or office while that in Shenzhen Bay Port Hong Kong Port Area is to be used only for a canteen.

The tender notices were gazetted today. Tender documents are available on the agency's website.

Interested bidders who wish to inspect the sites should make an appointment by calling 2594 7697 on or before October 7.

Bidders must submit their tenders by placing them in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box at the North Point Government Offices.
