Bids for 3-year tenancies of 6 shops invited

Bidders must submit tenders before 11 June.

According to a report, the Government Property Agency is inviting tenders and bids for three-year tenancies of six shops at Kwun Tong Shun Lee Disciplined Services Quarters, and a government property on the ground floor of 67 Man Nin Street, Sai Kung.

The tender notices were gazetted today.

The approximate areas of the Kwun Tong shops range from 20 to 151 square metres. Their permitted uses include eating outlet, bakery and retail.

The Sai Kung property is for shop, services, restaurant or office uses only.

Interested bidders who wish to inspect the Sai Kung site must make an appointment by calling 2594 7697 on or before June 3. Those who wish to inspect the Kwun Tong sites should call 2594 7654 by June 4.

Bidders must submit their tenders to the Government Logistics Department Tender Box at North Point Government Offices before noon on June 11.
